Join Our Team - Customer Service, Admin and Marketing Support

Wagga Catering Equipment is seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Service, Admin and Marketing Support to be the first point of contact for our valued customers and suppliers. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining our high customer service standards, and supporting our marketing efforts.

About the Role:

As a key support member of our team, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure our customers receive a seamless and positive experience, from in-store enquiries to online orders. You'll also be instrumental in keeping our marketing and online presence sharp and up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, in person, online, via phone and email
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs and providing accurate product information
  • Process quotes, orders, and sales across multiple platforms
  • Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked showroom
  • Manage customer and supplier concerns, investigating issues and escalating when needed
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings
  • Update and maintain the online store, ensuring product listings are accurate and engaging
  • Create and schedule social media and email marketing content to promote products and engage our audience
  • Maintain data integrity across WCE systems
  • Support with general admin tasks, accounts, purchasing, and stocktaking
  • Assist management with special projects as required
  • Work collaboratively within the team to support daily store operations and uphold our positive team culture

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with graphic design, marketing, and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • A team player who is adaptable and proactive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
