Brema’s TM range of modular ice machines produces peddle-shaped ice particles and stores them in a separate storage bin.
The Brema TM250A is a modular pebble ice machine that produces 240kg of pebble ice per 24 hours and is designed to fit over a range of Brema storage bins with differing capacites from 100kg to 350kg. Pebble ice is ideal for crushing, blending and mixing into cocktails, fruit juices, smoothies and frappés. The ice has a fast and efficient refrigerating effect and is easy to handle and dose.
