The two stainless steel drawers are both large enough to hold a 150mm deep 1/1 gastronorm pan, while the door compartments can accommodate up to eight more full size GN trays. A digital control panel makes it simple to set the temperature, while lockable castor wheels help to move or position the unit easily. The counter can also be used to store smaller kitchen appliances, and its strong stainless steel construction is easy to clean. Gastronorm pans are sold separately.
