A compact, high-speed undercounter dishwasher built for busy commercial kitchens, cafés, and bars. HACCP approved and designed to deliver fast, thorough washing while keeping water and energy use to a minimum.
Wash up to 500 plates (35cm) or 2,000 glasses per hour, with cycle times as short as 60 seconds — using just 2.5 litres of water per cycle. The touch control panel with digital wash/rinse temperature display makes HACCP recording quick and accurate, while the double-skinned door cuts heat and noise for a more comfortable kitchen.
