Description
The AUPT is the double-width version of the Premax AUP, built for high-volume kitchens that wash heavily soiled pots, trays, crates and utensils. It washes two 500 x 500mm racks side by side in each cycle, or larger containers. Its ASR automatic soil removal system flushes food soil into an external strainer as the machine runs. Hobart says this removes the need for manual pre-cleaning, and it keeps the wash water cleaner for longer.
Four wash pumps (two 1.2kW and two 0.7kW) drive the ROTOR-X wash arms. You can choose from POWER-PLUS for high-pressure washing, an Intensive program with steam to cut down on second runs, and an Eco program with steam rinse that uses just 1.4L of water per rack. The shortest cycle is 52 seconds.
It has Hobart’s full set of smart features: colour touchscreen, self-cleaning wash arms, SENSO-ACTIVE water management and the SmartConnect app. VAPOSTOP ER, drain water heat recovery and AUTO-HOOD LIFT are available as optional upgrades.
AUPT or AUP? The AUPT washes two racks per cycle instead of one, with double the tank and pump capacity. If you’re washing large volumes of pots and heavily soiled items, choose the AUPT. For a single dish line, the AUP will do the job.

Good to know before you buy
The standard model draws 22.7kW on a three-phase 3 x 35A supply, so have an electrician check your power before ordering. With the ASR unit fitted, the machine is 1469mm wide and needs a second drain connection. With the hood raised, it stands 1995mm tall. This machine needs very soft water, with hardness no higher than 1°dH, so most sites will need a Hobart Hydroline water treatment system. Keep the right-hand side accessible if you’re installing it in a corner.
