Description
The AMXT-V is the Hobart Profi AMXT with VAPOSTOP ER exhaust heat recovery built in. It washes two 500 x 500mm racks side by side in each cycle, or larger containers and crates, with two 0.7kW wash pumps and a 60-second shortest cycle.
VAPOSTOP captures heat from the exhaust air to cut energy use, and stops steam escaping into your kitchen when the hood opens. Hobart says it removes the need for a separate exhaust canopy in most installations. On the AMXT-V it adds about 90 seconds to each cycle, but staff can interrupt it when needed.
It has all the smart features of the Profi range: colour touchscreen, self-cleaning wash arms, SENSO-ACTIVE water management and the SmartConnect app.

Good to know before you buy
The standard model draws 17.1kW on a three-phase 3 x 32A supply, so have an electrician check your power before ordering. The machine is 1335mm wide and stands 1995mm tall with the hood raised. Keep the right-hand side accessible if you’re installing it in a corner. Ventilation requirements vary by site, so check yours before relying on VAPOSTOP in place of a canopy. If your water hardness is above 3°dH, Hobart recommends a Hydroline Protect softener, and Hydroline Pure reverse osmosis for spot-free results.
