Description
The AMXT is a double-width hood type machine that washes two 500 x 500mm racks side by side in each cycle, or larger containers and crates. It suits high-volume kitchens, production sites and butcheries where a single-rack machine can’t keep up. Two 0.7kW wash pumps and a 40L tank handle heavy loads, and the shortest cycle is 60 seconds.
It has all the smart features of the Profi range. Staff run it from a colour touchscreen, the wash arms clean themselves every cycle, SENSO-ACTIVE keeps rinse water to a minimum, and the SmartConnect app shows usage, running costs and service information. The fully enclosed hood keeps steam out of your kitchen. You can add VAPOSTOP ER exhaust heat recovery, drain water heat recovery and AUTO-HOOD LIFT as optional upgrades.
AMXT or AMX? The AMXT washes two racks per cycle instead of one, which roughly doubles throughput, but it needs a much larger space and power supply. If your dish area can fit it, choose the AMXT for volume. For a single dish line, the AMX will do the job.

Good to know before you buy
The standard model draws 17.1kW on a three-phase 3 x 32A supply, so have an electrician check your power before ordering. The machine is 1335mm wide and stands 1995mm tall with the hood raised. Keep the right-hand side accessible if you’re installing it in a corner. If your water hardness is above 3°dH, Hobart recommends a Hydroline Protect softener, and Hydroline Pure reverse osmosis for spot-free results.
