Hobart A200 19L Planetary Mixer, Bench or Floor Model

The A200 is a 19-litre planetary mixer for bakeries, cafés, pizzerias, restaurants and catering kitchens. It handles doughs, batters, creams, mashes and fillings. Its gear-driven mechanism and 0.37kW motor give consistent mixing at each of its three fixed speeds, and the 15-minute mechanical timer means staff can set it and step away.

It comes ready to use, with a stainless steel bowl, beater, stainless steel whip and dough hook. The stainless steel bowl guard clips on and off easily, and the hand-crank bowl lift locks in both the raised and lowered positions. The open base is easy to clean underneath. An attachment hub on the front takes Hobart’s optional mincing attachment, so the mixer can do double duty.

Good to know before you buy

The mixer stands 772mm tall and needs a solid bench or stand that can take its weight. The base has M10 tapped holes for bolting it down. The stand in the photo isn’t included. An ingredient feed chute and a mincer attachment are available as optional accessories.
